The WEBER CRAFTED stainless-steel cooking grate is designed to accommodate custom-fit grillware (available for separate purchase) such as a pizza stone, griddle, dual-sided sear grate, Dutch oven, and more. With a large grilling surface of 508 square inches, there is ample space for multiple entrees, sides, and more. Additionally, there is a Warming Rack included to keep food warm, toast buns, and grill sides and toppings above while the main course cooks below.

The bottom damper smoke setting allows you to adjust the vents to control airflow to the flames for consistent low and slow cooking, which is perfect for smoking ribs, brisket, pork shoulder, and other meats. The One-Touch stainless-steel cleaning system features damper blades that assist in cutting through charcoal and directing ashes into a large-capacity ash catcher, making clean-up quick and easy.

The porcelain-enameled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent temperature control and are resistant to rust and peeling. A lid holder is included to keep the lid off the ground while not in use. The built-in lid thermometer provides visibility of the internal temperature of the grill, aiding in heat adjustment.

Charcoal rails are designed to hold charcoal in place for indirect grilling and smoking, with the option to adjust them for high-heat searing. Tool hooks are conveniently located to keep spatulas, tongs, cleaning brushes, and other utensils within reach. The stainless-steel hinged cooking grate with flip-up sides allows for easy addition of charcoal while cooking without needing to remove the entire grate.
