Working Instructions: 1. Keep the thermopile heated in the 1/3 of the head location, don't heat the back place to heater brass sleeve. 2. Because of high resistance inside, the thermopile needs around 1-2 minutes to be heated and increase to at least 750mV (our reset voltage is around 800-900mV). 3. Do not remove it until you have heated it for around 2 minutes. 4. Do not bend the fireplace thermopile too hard on the crimped part and inside wires, as it may cause a short circuit and low voltage problem.
