Product Description: This gas thermocouple is designed to provide reliable performance for a variety of heating appliances. With a total length of 600mm and a head thread size of M81, this thermocouple is suitable for use with a wide range of valves. The end connection size for the valve is also M81, ensuring a secure fit. The voltage rating is greater than 20mV, and the time for opening the valve is less than 10 seconds.

Installation Steps: 1. Begin by installing the thermocouple tip onto a board and securing it in place using two nuts. 2. Position the tip approximately 5mm away from the burner hole. 3. Securely attach the thermocouple nut M8 to the valve end (please ensure that your valve end thread is 8mm before purchasing). 4. Connect two flat terminals to the current tilt switch terminals. 5. Turn on the gas and hold the valve open for 5-10 seconds until the thermocouple end is heated. 6. Release the valve and ensure that it is functioning properly. If not, please check: a. If the thermocouple is heated by the flame. b. If the thermocouple end is properly connected to the valve. c. If the terminals are correctly connected to the tilt switch.
